most other brands are structured as a franchise network and are loaded with fees and infrastructure that can be suffocating and stacked in favour of the franchisor. You won’t get that with us – unlike the often excessive and cash-draining fees associated with franchisee agreements, dependent on your partnership level, at most we will require minimal fees to cover set-up costs and on going day-to-day administration costs. For most agencies there will be a minimal cost of entry.

Each and every one of our building designs are location specific engineered to the appropriate standards using Shed Creator. In addition, to meet council or local/government department consent requirements each project will receive an independent site specific engineering review from our team of independent engineers. At National Office level we offer full design and engineering support for all buildings – beyond the steel kitset package of engineering and design if you require other more complex work done we can help with that too.
