Our Agents get all the benefits of quality products, service and support from an experienced and dedicated team at National Office level, whilst being part of a structure that has a unique and fair scale of flexible fees and sales commission levels. First and foremost, our Agents need to be in an environment that is transparent and workable for them. Our selection criteria for Agents fits with our overall vision to “Build the Best”.

We source only the best New Zealand steel for the manufacture and supply of our kitset buildings with relationships with reputable, trustworthy and long-established New Zealand suppliers.

X Span is 100% New Zealand family-owned and operated, providing kitset buildings for sale direct from the factory to the site as an independent company.

Most other brands are structured as a franchise network and are loaded with fees and infrastructure that can be suffocating and stacked in favour of the franchisor. You won’t get that with us – unlike the often excessive and cash-draining fees associated with franchisee agreements, dependent on your partnership level, at most we will require minimal fees to cover set-up costs and on going day-to-day administration costs. For most agencies there will be a minimal cost of entry.

We strongly believe in a win/win situation for both parties. That’s why we won’t lock you into an agreement that could potentially be difficult or costly to exit. Our partnership needs to be strong and working well for both parties and so if it’s simply not working for you for whatever reason, we make it hassle free and at no cost for you to simply exit and move on.

As an Agent, with use of this powerful program at your fingertips, you will naturally have all the functions that a customer enjoys but you will also gain exclusive access to added benefits and tools – not only in the building design and quote stage but also during the sales and post-job acceptance stages thanks to our state of the art job management software which we have named SAS.

Each and every one of our building designs are location specific engineered to the appropriate standards using Shed Creator. In addition, to meet council or local/government department consent requirements each project will receive an independent site specific engineering review from our team of independent engineers. At National Office level we offer full design and engineering support for all buildings – beyond the steel kitset package of engineering and design if you require other more complex work done we can help with that too.
