Xspan were a great company to deal with. I brought the kitset and built the shed myself and i could not be happier with the result,looks amazing,and super strong.(mine was half cladded and in its most vulnerable stage when cyclone Gabrielle hit us,130+kph wind on top of a hill and it stood strong,nothing moved at all) The Xspan crew were super helpful even though i was building the shed myself,Nira was always willing to help if I needed it. I would fully recommend Xspan to anyone looking at building a new shed and would not look anywhere else if I was to build again.

My wife and I recently had X Span Tauranga - Tom Anselmi local agency owner build for us a 3 bay high stud shed. Two bays were for vehicles whilst the 3rd bay we had coverted into a hobby room with a mezzanine for storage purposes,. Tom and his team did a great job in delivering on all of our wishes in a timely manner. Their standard of their workmanship and communication throughout the was both outstanding and very professional. With our being new to Tauranga, Tom was able to recommend local contractors for retaining walls, plumbing and local Geo-tech engineers. So if you are looking for a purpose built shed then we would strongly recommend you give Tom a call.
