I’m Anthony Farrelly the founding owner and managing director of X Span. At X Span we specialise in the manufacture and sale of pre-engineered steel building kitset solutions.
Following a long involvement in the steel building industry, the X Span journey started in 2012. I decided I wanted to make a real difference to the status quo of the New Zealand cold rolled steel (C-section portal frame) building industry, which was dominated by Australian-based shed companies, using lightweight inferior systems and in many cases inferior foreign steel.
I believed I could provide the New Zealand public with the Best Product at a Great Price, through forward innovative thinking and doing differently – going outside the box!
So……..after 18 months of hard slog, developing all systems necessary to launch – the X Span brand went live in October 2014.
We are an independent, family-owned business that provides kitset buildings to the New Zealand market direct from the factory to your site – which means you, the customer, have the opportunity to purchase a steel building kitset, online, at the best possible price.
